Processing & Shipping Time:
- Our fulfillment process typically takes 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) due to our small business operations. We appreciate your patience, as shipping time does not include processing time.
- Once your package is shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier you choose (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and may vary.
- You will receive an order number and tracking information to monitor your package's status.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate for timely delivery. If you need to update the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
- While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we may not be able to make changes once processing begins.
- If your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, please email us at dorkybuddiesco@gmail.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Customs and Import Taxes:
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes. These charges are calculated automatically at checkout and cannot be modified.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations:
- At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges after a product has been delivered.
- If there are any issues with your order upon delivery, please contact us at dorkybuddiesco@gmail.com within 24 hours so we can resolve the matter promptly.
- Changes to your order, including cancellations and address modifications, can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that once processing begins and your order is packed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations.
